Returns and Refunds

Return & Refund Policy

PARCELS ARE SHIPPED ONLY WHEN FUNDS HAVE CLEARED

CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER IS REQUIRED, CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS IS REQUIRED
Parcels that come back to us due to delivery failure will be re-shipped at the original shipment fee again.client must ENSURE availability to receive/collect parcels! please arrange with couriers for any alternative arrangements.

Processing:

Please allow for up to 48 hours for orders to be processed, packed and shipped. 
Orders placed on a Friday will only be shipped on a Monday

We are available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm weekdays

Warranties:
All items sold are authentic and carry the manufacturer's warranty
If the goods are faulty they will be swopped out under the warranty, this will take up to 21 days to complete after receiving the faulty product
If the goods are found NOT to be faulty the customer will pay a handling fee of 10 percent of the original amount invoiced on the day of purchase.The compuinn ZA will handle the return shipment at the expense of the customer back to the customer at the original shipment cost unless otherwise stated.

Couriers:
The Compuinn ZA (PTY) LTD T/A ShopnCart will only use PARGO and The Courier Guy as our preference for shipment unless otherwise stated via email during the purchase agreement.

Returns:
You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it
To be eligible for a return
 
your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
your invoices can be downloaded from your orders in your account section

please use the return item section in your account for any returns

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you via your account that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund into your bank account within 3 working days after approval.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you receive a refund a 10% handling fee will incur over and above your return shipping fee
if you receive a refund a 10% handling fee and the cost of return fee will be added and deducted from your refund.
